I have been using them (battery chargers) hard over the past couple months. Got a lot of painstaking cleaning done with them too. So I won't be to unhappy about getting a replacement. Trip to Harbor Freight should fix this issue. I think I am nearing the end of the current cub implement clean up projects anyway 
And I did get the big stuff done for this dozer plow.
