You are in store for a wild ride back in time, old school tractor rebuilding 101!! Trying to finish my 125, what a lot of fun the boys and I had!! I had expected to teach my boys how to drill and tap a old bolt hole, not 1 broke! The instructions say to coat the bolts w/ oil before re-assembly, I'm guessing this 125 just got it's 2nd re-build. The original paint was found under the seat, on the frame, ( the brush they used wouldn't reach), and high up on the trans. My engine is not the original, but a replica from 1981, the head is AL., and was warped a little, sanded it down, and works perfectly!
Good luck with yours, if dis-assembly is as easy as mine, I'm sure you'll do a complete job.
