Not necessarily...those were only standard on the 1572-2072. 982-1914 had manual steering, and the 982 would not necessarily have had split brakes or front outlets, either.

Frame length, larger front and rear tires, larger front axle, and different reduction ratio in the rearend are the differences as has already been mentioned.
