My 1250 had everything wrong with it when I got it but even still it ran and mowed.Here is the list of what it needed.
Engine rebuild,bored .010 over with all Kohler parts.
ISO mounts and cradle modification.
Gasket behind hydro pump.
Trunion repairs and springs.
New relief valves.
Muffler crutch and heat shield repairs.
Wireing and switch gremlins,chargeing problem rooted out.
Cooling fan and ragjoints.
New front tires.
New battery points plug and condenser.
Steering work includeing a nicer wheel.
New PTO deck belts.
around 1200.00 total investment,but I saved it from being tore down for parts and I hope I never need to buy a box store machine.
forgot to mention my time in hours but I love that stuff.
