The guy said this works great. He unbolted the plow section from a brinly or sears type plow and installed a ripper tooth from a box blade. I am going to try this, i already bought the ripper shank i guess they call them from Tractor Supply. I have just never taken the time to try it out yet.

I was going to recommend just the brinly plow, but I like your idea a lot better! Great advice.
