i have an 1860. Both the splines and groves in the steering knuckle 703-1748 and 703-1884 the steering arm have worn down.

I can not get the bolt 710-3210 tight enough to make steering reliable without risking snapping it.

Apparently these parts are no longer available, so replacing them does nto appear to be an option.

I have had a sugestion that I drill through the arm into the knuckle and drive in a pin - but if that fails od damages things further I an even more SOL

I have considered replacing the bolt with an oversized bolt.

Any ideas ?

Any sources for these parts to do it right ?

Are there alternate parts that might work ?
