Apparently these parts are no longer available, so replacing them does nto appear to be an option.
I have had a sugestion that I drill through the arm into the knuckle and drive in a pin - but if that fails od damages things further I an even more SOL
I have considered replacing the bolt with an oversized bolt.

The splines on both the spindle and the arm would need to be cleaned, before you use this. Once it has cured tighten the clamp bolt and it should work.
