Apparently these parts are no longer available, so replacing them does nto appear to be an option.

I have had a sugestion that I drill through the arm into the knuckle and drive in a pin - but if that fails od damages things further I an even more SOL

I have considered replacing the bolt with an oversized bolt.

Any ideas ?

Any sources for these parts to do it right ?

Are there alternate parts that might work ?
I'd give this a try. http://www.devcon.com/products/produ...utty%20%28A%29

The splines on both the spindle and the arm would need to be cleaned, before you use this. Once it has cured tighten the clamp bolt and it should work.
