That plow is a 8" Brinly slot hitch plow for the older Wheel Horses. I picked one up at an auction a couple years ago. Mine didn't have the coulter wheel attached. Fairly collectable if you have a Wheel Horse. A guy in PA traded me a Massey Ferguson 10 for the plow.
