Well, they're not really pictures of what I did with my Cub
today, but a couple weeks ago is close enough. The wife and I finally finished planting a section of garden.
The new garden area, complete with supervisor
The supervisor doing what he does best
And finally the CEO making sure everything runs smoothly
Now, moving on to what I did with the Cub just
yesterday
The tractor had been stalling and would loose spark as soon as it warmed up, plenty of gas just absolutely no spark. Luckily I had already purchased a new ignition module from Pats Small Engines last year when it first started acting up and it only took a couple minutes to replace that part, of course it took an hour or so to get the engine out. And while I had the engine out I figured I would see why the starter kept making a squealing noise just as the engine would catch and I found that the bendix end of the shaft moved sideways AND back and forth (front to back) about 1/8 of an inch so that got yanked out and is being rebuilt. Hopefully it will all be back together by this weekend.
