Not too bad, getting the old seal out will be the challenge. I would pull the exhaust to make it easier to get at.Unplug the PTO, (3) bolts hold it to the closure plate. It also has a bolt going into the crank. once those are removed, a little bit of wiggling should get it off. Then the seal is right in front of you.
All of this is after removing the grill shell, hood, side panels, and front motor tins.
