Just ate my first potato's fresh out of the garden!
Idaho grown taters don't taste this good! The reds are the largest so going to have to start harvesting those asap. The whites are still growing so going to give them some more time to get bigger.
The odd thing I noticed is the smaller the plant the larager the tater.
Anyone else notice this before?
