I'd try to go to an auto bodywork supply store...basically anyplace that specializes in automotive paint and get some chemical stripper...a buddy of mine had a 68 Mustang that some @$$waud painted with the nastiest gray airplane paint...picture gray primer, and then make it at least 50% duller sheen, but yeah, this stripper ate it all off, along with many of the other layers of paint in only a couple coats.
