then came the drive shaft, got the holes drilled in the new one and polished the ends with fine emery cloth. got the flange bolted to the motor, ( and yes in the pic it is backwards,) SIL was helping and didn't know till I made him change it.lol
at least he still had the bolts loose. we got the rest bolted in and the pins all back in and started it to make sure we had pump. let it run a min and rechecked every thing.

I hope this part is good for another 25 years.
