[I] have to agree. I've been a sign maker for an awefully long time and never used windex. get a small spray bottle fill with water and add about three drops of palmolive (the green one) spray area and adhesive side of decal with solution the water helps to slide them for proper placement and then sqeegee the bubbles out. if they've been taped properly just use the top of decal for straight edge. Work in the shade on a nice warm day if possible.
