The pto clutch is one piece, once you get that off you have to remove the pto bearing and locking collar, (2 more set screws i think, maybe one), then you should be able to remove the pulley. I was lucky, my pto clutch came right off when i took the 6 set screws out. I had to buy a gear puller to get the pto bearing off the shaft. I think you can rent one from an auto parts store or agway. the bearing came off real easy with the gear puller. If you got one big enough so the arms go over the pto clutch i would think you could use it to get the clutch off. I didn't have to remove the clutch pulley, so I don't know how difficult that can be getting off.
