the last 122 i found looked like that ,i would start with looking in the fuel tank ,i bet its full of rust ,i would start with a remote fuel tank ,clean out the carb ,check the points ,or replace ,check for a good ground ,replace with new oil ,removespark plug ,,see if it will roll over ,replace plug ,and the starter genertor may need some attention .hope this helps .David
