I have been doing a little testing. I have been building an ornamental pond and using the BRS to plow,push and haul the dirt. Ambient air temp has been around +/- 90 degrees. I left the BRS idle during part of the work and it never once got to the top notch on the safe range. Most of the time it stayed just above the first notch. So as far as the BRS goes it will sit an idle without over heating.
