Folks,
Just wanted to share the good news. I have been eyeballing a #1 cart for about a year and the neighbor just wasn't interested in selling it.
I stopped him on Friday and asked if he was interested in trading so here are some shots of the trailer that I now own.
From what I can see its all there. No big dents or serious damage. Yea it has lots of surface rust but no holes. Tilt works good. Tires are up and serviceable. I may do this as a fall/ winter project. Two years ago I would have tripped over a #1 cart and not know what it was. Thanks to OCC members with good information, I now own one. I think its going to fit in real nice for smaller jobs.
Most of you probably did not notice the H14 Bolens setting near it . Yep that's what went down the road as a exchange. I plowed snow with the Bolens and mowed yord too. It did not owe me a dime I paid $100 for it 10 years ago when it was going to be junked. I may miss it but will be plowing with the Jubilee this winter.
Anyway I was happy with the trailer, neighbor was happy with another Bolens he has three, Cheryl was happy (one less tractor), and even Maggie was happy, as she got the first ride after I power washed it.
