Something is messing with the fuel getting to the carb. My son's 125 would ast like that and it was gas getting to the carb. I would empty out the bowl and it would take 20 mins before enough gas would trickle into the carb so it would run again. Carb rebuild and new lines and filter fixed it. Yours should be easier to inspect and find the problems.
