Does you lift work?
If not than your issue is in the charge pump area, no oil or filter blockage.
The charge pump is right behind the Rag Joint on the drive shaft. Its held to the trans by 2 bolts. If you remove it make sure you mark the cover to the block it has to go on the same way other wise it will not work.
You can also check the pump by removing the allen head screw between the relief valves, this is a test port for the pump. If you have a pressure gage that you can thread in to this port you would get 70-150 psi in neutral, 500-650 psi under load.
If you don't have a gage you can hook a hose up and see if any thing comes out into a jug with some force.
If your lift is working chance are the charge pump is in good shape. There is a regulator valve that controls the oil from the charge pump to the main pump of the trans. Its rare for this an issue but its the last thing before declaring the trans is shot. This valve is located on the right side of the trans (as you sit on the tractor) and right behind the right bolt that holds the charge pump on. It larger than a 9/16 bolt head. Not much to it just a spring and a ball again rare it would fail.
