Are there any threads on here with past experiences with switching out the 2072 aluminum transaxle to the 982 cast iron?
I am planning on doing this as my winter project since my 2072's is in bad shape.
My biggest concern is if there is any retro-fitting. I'm not the most mechanically inclined and I wouldn't want to get in over my head!
