You can't really buy a new equivalent carb anymore. My guess is if you buy one of those, you'll either get a Walbro non-adjustable POS, or some terrible-quality reproduction of the original carb.
It takes perhaps a couple of hours to rebuild a carb if you have all the parts...either find the parts you are missing or buy a complete carb and rebuild it. Buying a new one doesn't really make any sense at all.
