I ended up putting a 20" bar on it. I'm going to keep the big bar around a while and see if a need comes up for it.
When i was taking the bar off to replace it, the chain adjuster didn't seem to work right so i pulled it and found the screw was bent. So off to the dealer again for a repair kit, a slide, and a new chain catcher. Hopefully i don't run into any more issues.
