YoSam-

That was probably done long ago before the tractor became a special item in life. Remember, there are actually people out there that don't give a hoot for cubs. I, myself, have a green tractor that I wouldn't think twice about drilling a hole in if needed. The only thing to do now is either clean it up and paint it or replace it. I also think that twenty years from now this would be a lot bigger deal but for the time being parts can be found relatively easy.
