Ahh Yes the infamous storm of 2010 I believe. We lost power for 9 days, but it was no big deal, we cooked on the grill and used our generator. Actually it was a blessing in disguise, because all of our neighbors and us got together and made it through it together. We are always the last to be serviced, the last to have snow removed, the last to have power lines repaired because we live in a dirt road private association. Then not too long after that, last fall we were hit with a hurricane which knocked us out for about 13 days... It never ends. Thank go for my cub 104 during that large snow storm, that thing didn't stop for 3 days straight pushing snow and hauling wood. Was a good test for the old girl, now I have 3 of them so they can all share the responsibility.

And yes, the new owners of your house should have already begun preparing for the storm.... And I swear the weather men get paid more to say words like "catastrophic" and "major" all it does is put people in panic mode...
Well, now my long talk is over. Wish us all luck!
