Check all of your safety switches and make sure the are working properly I had this exact problem on my 782D I replaced the switch and the relay and still had the problem I got to checking safety switches and it ended up being the neutral safety switch that the foward/reverse lever operates the little metal tab broke off and was not working properly. I wish I would of checked that before I spent close to $100.00 for a switch and relay that I didnt need.  Wally
