Since I'm actively trying to learn more, how is the #1 piece installed? I understand it goes on the rod that supports the foot rests, snow blade subframe and mower deck- does the rod have to slide out and the #1 piece slide into it as it is replaced? I get the U bolt #2; that's easy.
