The CCC 782 I bought last summer has a 44A deck, but it's in sad shape. Old welds and bends lead me to think it needs replacing. So, here's a couple questions:

1) What other decks (besides the 44A) will fit a 782?

2) When I use the current deck to mow, it sounds like the deck is rattling (up/down, or side-to-side movement) against the support clevises at the front of the deck. Am I supposed to be hearing that or is my deck out of alignment?

It appears the PO banged into some substantial obstacles while mowing, bending the front end of the deck (hence, the poor shape and welds).
