The electric lift on my 147 is broken. The little gears inside are worn and do not engage properly anymore.

This really wasn't much of an issue with the mower deck, I could just set the deck and forget about it. However, it makes trying to raise and lower the plow a big pain.

Is there any way to convert this machine to either hydraulic or manual lift? Or would I be better off to try to find a different electric lift unit? I'd hate to sink a bunch of $$ into another lift, just to have it wear out, too.
