I'm not sure where you bought your tires from, but you got a horrible deal...
www.tiresunlimited.com has Carlisle Tru-Power 10.50s at $88.73 each, and 400/480 - 8 tri-ribs were selling for $40/pair at Red Power this year, and can be had for a similar price on several websites. That's just under $220 for tires, leaving a $180 108, and I'm sorry to say that tractor probably isn't worth $180, seeing as the nosepiece has been drilled, the blockoff plate is gone, and it's been repainted.

I had a 108, and for whatever reason, it seems to have been the most undesirable Cub Cadet ever made...it ran great, mowed great, and looked decent, but I had a heck of a time selling it....I wound up selling it very cheap. Just a couple things to keep in mind. You're basically buying the tires if you buy it...
BTW I could be mistaken but those look too narrow to be 10.50s...I bet they're 8.50's, which are cheaper yet.
