The first two pics are a WF pto. This pto uses two of those flat triangular springs, one on top of the other. The other spring in the bottom two pics is from a NF. Not sure if the spring failed because it was installed on the wrong pto or not. Either way I would make sure that your new pto has the two springs. I'll post a pic of the different pto setups.
