Either you need to adjust the clutch some or your pressure plates are sticking to the friction disc a little. first I would lock the clutch pedal down and spray the workings of the clutch (and in between the pressure plates) with penetrating oil and take a flat screwdriver and lightly stick inbetween the plates and the discs on both sides to make sure they are free. Then unlock the clutch and fire it up and see how it works.

If they sit for a few weeks or months things tend to get a little moisture in them and get lightly stuck together. Happens to me all the time on my various GD cubs.
