Thanks restore 49 , have done that with one of the pulleys , drilled out the pressings , new bearing and 1/4" bolts with nylock nuts should do the trick as a spare.
Both idler pulleys given to me free of charge and I installed them.
Will keep my reconditioned one for when it is out of warranty
