Picked up a 1650 this morning. It's complete with the side panels. I had to clean the carb and adjust the points and it was running. This is my first 16hp and it shakes a little more than the 12hp. I still have a little tweaking to do on it so it runs smoother but it's not bad. The deck bearings must be good because it runs very smooth. Let me know what you think.
