Duke , happy cleaning.... Id cover the parts that dont need wet, spray oven cleaner on it and pressure wash it. fresh paint and polish the valve covers, make it pop under the hood.
Hi there Duke! Good to see you hard at it! 4SPEED got it right on the oven cleaner. Best stuff / eats the crud off. I wish I were down there, I'd clean it for ya! One of my favorite things to do is to blow that crud off and see whats under it and make things look new again. I never was afraid to get filthy dirty, (neither is Mike Rowe of Dirty Job's) He's made a lot more money at it and "filthy rich". Anyways, wish I could help ya!
