Sorry bout being over zealous on the particulars of the 2084. I did not realize I was preaching to the choir. Lol. I guess it is better to go into fine detail than wish I had. My 2084 has over 1200 hrs on it and is going strong. I did have smoke at one point but it was oil leaks from the breather, bolts loose, cracks in the valve covers and an oil seal that was so worn it nearly fell out. I make it a point anymore to go all over the engine and make sure all the bolts are tight once in the spring and once in the fall. You already have a 22 horse power engine in your 2084. The 18, 20 and 22 horse power engines are all the same except for the carb.
