Hey guys, I have many Cub Cadets, but one that i'm working on right now is a Cub Cadet 80. I have several carburetors for it, but the original one got messed up. The choke flap inside the carb kept on flapping repeatedly, and it wouldn't run right. So I took a carb off of a parts tractor of mine, a Cub Cadet 81. The carb works, but now that the the choke flap doesn't move on its own, the tractor will only run for a short period of time. I have been adjusting the amount of fuel it gets, and it seems to work, but it will still run for only a short period of time. I have cleaned this carburetor. I need to find a way to get it running right. I can start it, but again, it will only run for 10-20 seconds at the very most. If anyone knows how to get it running right, please give me any info!
