well i like to see black smoke at the fair. on the other hand i have operated equipment all day that blow the black smoke it was cool for the first half hour.after that i was ready to puke my guts out.and prayed for the day to be over. as for our 1572 a little puff of smoke when you crack open the throutle. and not much of run time and i can not get my love one to give me a kiss untill i go in and shower that diesle smell off. just food for thought.
