Default 400 Tiller

Hi guys,
A few weeks ago I went to purchase a rear tine tiller from a farmer. He is an IH guy so we ended up talking cub cadets, one thing leads to another and he shows me this tiller in one of his buildings, says he has no use for it, asks if I'm interested....of course I am. I haven't tried to start it yet, I was told it had been sitting for over 9 yrs. The motor is free, and if you engage the clutch, you can spin the tines with the pull start so I'm hoping its fresh oil and carb cleaning to get it going. The issue I have to solve is that this is set up for a tractor with cat 0 hitch. I plan to put this on my 1450 which as of now does not have a rear lift. I have found drawings on here so I can build my own cc lift, but I would still need to fab the hitch to go from tiller to lift. The owners manual has some good pictures of it, but no dimensions. Do any of you guys have one and some time to get me some measurements? Is there an easy way to build a cat 0? I've seen the extrememw cat 0 lift, looks nice but I'm not willing to spend more on a hitch than I did on the tiller.
Thanks for your input

Bill
