OOPs, I will not call it garbage, right off. You might have to eat your words.
CVT is a great concept. I bought my daughter an ATV with a CVT transmission in 1996.
You can come over and still ride that machine at my place. 17 years and the CVT is perfect.
The second one we bought in about 2004 is also perfect.
As far as the plastic molded parts,
I lean towards plastic more than most, if done correctly.
I can not favor a company that does not use spell check
