I would at the very least take the container back to the store of purchase and see if you can trade it for a good jug of oil. It's worth a shot. Happened to me once at our local Walmart. I purchased a gallon jug of Mobil 1 only to find when I got home some lowlife dirtbag put the used oil back into the jug and got his money back. Talk about being P/Oed. Walmart exchanged without a problem. I always check now to make sure the seal is intact. On a side note I have been using NAPA brand premium hyd fluid for about 20yrs now with no problems what so ever.
