First, thank you all for your suggestions. I was ready to start taking things apart and tracing wires. I cannot say exactly which issue was the problem, either the key switch has a intermittent short, or one of the fuses was not making good contact in its holder. I shot some contact cleaner and scrubbed in the fuse holders with a small wire brush (from a gun cleaning kit). I also hit the back of the key switch with the contact cleaner as well. Everything is working well now. Thank you all again!
