The Bill Ruegg 3 pt is a copy of the 3 pt that was designed for supers. I prefer the way it puts the load of the lower arms onto the axle housing directly. Check it for yourself before you decide. I have heard nothing but good comments about both options - xtreme or Bill Ruegg, so I don't think you can go terribly wrong either way.
The only 2000 RPM tillers that I could find were very expensive. I also do not have a rear PTO, so that would have been more cost for me. I considered using the #2 tiller that I had, but I did not like the long front to back belt problem, and I was never entirely happy with the range of lift that I had when mounted to my 1450.
I recommend a John Deere Model 30 hydraulic tiller. These things are heavy duty, and now that I have used it, I will never go back to a mechanical tiller. The only negative thing I can say about it is that it is the wrong shade of yellow. Hook up is a breeze, there is a lots of lift, and it is built to take abuse.
