44" deck center pulley
I replace a rusted 44" deck with another 44" deck (#441U1111) for my 149. The PO said he replace the original 5" center deck pulley with a smaller speed pulley, so it would be like an 44A" deck, and to use mule drive belt #IH-59971-C1.
With the belt installed, the right mule drive pulley almost rubs on shaft that holds the lift linkage to the mule drive assembly. That is with the left puilley adjustment threaded to the limit.
The center deck pulley is a shade over 4 1/4" OD dia. Maybe the mule drive belt is wrong and should be a little shorter.
