Default My 149 purchased last fall

Here it was...
Last fall I changed oil, cleaned cylinder carbon, and replaced muffler. During the winter, my drive rod pins failed, and I did a quick repair (everything is worn out, holes elongated, etc)). I am in the middle of some other repairs now. It started with trying to tighten the starter generator tension bracket loose on engine. I could not tighten it, and required removal of the front PTO for access. I am now gong all out... Front wheel bearings (one had failed), brake relining (done), new 23X8.5-12 BKT Trencher tires from GCT, front PTO repair (bearing was bad, and one of the three throwout levers, screw and spring was missing) , complete new drive parts engine to hydro (drive shaft, hub, coupler, flex disc, and pins), carburetor rebuild including throttle shaft/bushing replacement (done), plug & points replacement (done), Hydro fluid and filter change, and lots of cleaning, lub, and paint of course. I will post more when I complete. Not a restoration, but more of a partial rebuild I would say.
Many thanks to all the members that made so much of my work easier with the info I drew from here over the past few months!
I purchased the tractor really sight unseen for $500 with cab, snow thrower, chains, a set of 23X10.5-12 on rims (8.5's on tractor), and a blade (see picture). With that price, I decided I can invest more in some reliability.
Here are some pics...
