I took out a Kohler KT17S (hole in block of course) and replaced it with a Briggs 16 hp out of a 582 cub cadet. I only have starter wire hooked up, motor starts, runs, but will not run fast and will not shut off with key. How do I wire and how do I control stop of briggs? Thanks.
