Default 128 in New Freedom PA

Just a quick picture of my work in progress.

Got a free 128 from a cub collector for laying block in his garage.

It was a mess when I put it on my trailer and brought it home.

But through the help of craigslist, and a few websites, I have begun piecing it and getting the 128 back in shape.

Years of sitting have taken their toll on bearings in the front axles, and new grease for the deck.

I have my stich welder going to mend the holes in the deck before I paint it.

The blades looked like they were used to club rocks before I got a grinder to them.

I have it in usable condition, and the wife even had to admit it mows pretty good.

I'll keep updating and put up a pic every now and again.
