Ya forgot to mention pheasants?
In our area we used to have a great population of pheasants. Haven't seen or heard a pheasant call in over 10 years. Since the vermin yotes moved into our area, NO more pheasants!
I keep a loaded rifle in my garage for yotes only. It's loaded at all times. Before I started this I used to run in the house, load my rifle & then they were gone. Since starting this tactic I've disposed of 22 to 24 yotes in the past 8 years or so. My neighbors love me, they call me anytime they see a yote around their house. Oh, these vermin have been responsible of 3 attacks on doggies in our subdivision. One lab needed 80 some sutures to close her back up.
