well the 402c will not work in place of a 402d without modification. Just tried to mount the 402C to the cub71 and it is a no go. looks like the 402c is designed to be a very quick dismount as compared to the 402D how ever was not made for older cubs such as the 71. If it stops raining again i take pictures of the problem.
