Ok, I cant stump you guys, I got the 1250! I don't know, but seems to have compression after all. I should go out and pull the head now. I broke a bolt that holds up the fire wall. Looks like the key switch could be bad.

Big wire mess. I don't know why it came to that. The hour meter is there, but not hooked up. Safety switch is missing and don't know what's wired where with that. Has what looks like a complete pto .

This 1250 may have sat so long the rubber motor mounts are good?

Mike, I got the seat, its not bad. Don't seem burnt out by the sun by a long shot, like no signs of any cracks. I was down on my luck for a while because I thought the motor was broke! I believe I know where a loaded 104 is with complete tiller for 150.00, bad motor and no deck. One persons view of rusted out can vary, though I did not see the tiller its self. He wants 150.00 for the other 104 with deck sitting beside that, but I don't know 300.00 is a bit for me now. Those were still there last Sunday.

The tractor came with Firestone 23x8.50-12 rear tires and 4 link tire chains.
